Recently purchased a car from Glen at Baytree car sales. Great experience from start to finish. There are other garages that are cheaper out there I must admit; but for the extra money it’s well worth buying from here instead. Car had a fresh service and cam-belt fitted. I Did have an issue with the Car after a week of ownership, to which I rang Glen and he had the car back for a repair, no hassle with extra payments stood by his warranty, also gave me a courtesy car while the work was carried out. I now have the car back and all is resolved. Couldn’t be more helpful. And a pleasure to do business with. Well recommended👍

Purchased a Landrover TDV6 I have been dealing with Glenn the owner of Baytree Cars. Glenn is certainly customer focused and pulled the car from the garage doing some repair work to enable me to see the car. I test drove the car without any sales pitch or pressure .When I showed interest we spoke openly about it and what he would do before it was released for sale and what preparation work was required. Changed items such as timing belts even though it was still within mileage limits from its previous change. Picked the car up, perfect just as agreed and I'm very happy with the car and the service Glenn provided . When I got home I noticed a small issue with the vehicle air-conditioning sent an email just for advice and within minutes Glenn was on the phone and has told me to get it sorted locally as i live in London and he will cover the cost. Sterling chap Sadly there are not many car dealers like Glenn nor Baytree cars. Would certainly purchase another vehicle from then when the time comes

Purchased a Mini a few weeks back for my neighbour who couldnt afford to replace her broken vehicle, and with her job she needed a car ASAP. Can't have enough thanks and praise for Glenn and how the transaction was dealt with. With the initial viewing, holding it preparing it, and even fixing a fault found before allowing its release. My neighbour is really happy with her new car. Should have come to you first initially.

Having been the link man in the choosing and purchase of a Volvo XC60 for my step son I found that dealing with Glenn was an absolute pleasure.
