Engine
Rocker covers, rocker gear, push rods, cylinder heads, cylinder head gaskets, valves excluding burnt out or pitted valves, guides and springs, cylinder block, liner and liner seals, pistons and rings, connecting rod and bearings, crankshaft and bearings, camshaft and followers, oil pump, drive shafts, timing chains, timing belts, tensioners and sprockets, timing gear and timing cover, flywheel and starter ring, sump, oil filter housing and turbochargers.

Cooling System
Water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing and cooling fan excluding radiator and all other Components associated with the cooling system.

Gearbox (manual or automatic)
All casings and internal parts including transfer boxes, overdrive units, torque converters and power take off unit (if supplied as original equipment) excluding external seals, external linkages and controls.

Clutch (manual transmission)
Master cylinder, clutch plate, clutch cover and thrust bearing including oil contamination of the clutch plate, excluding all external linkages, burnt out parts and Wear and Tear. Limited to one clutch repair during the Period of Insurance.

Driving Axles
Casings, crown wheel and pinions, differential units, differential locks, axle half shafts, rear hubs, hub reduction gears, bearings and oil seals, rear air bellows and control valve.

Differential and Driveline
Differential or Driveline including half shafts, external drive shafts, universal joints and constant velocity joints excluding constant velocity boots.

Braking System
Master Cylinder, servo unit, vacuum pump, wheel cylinders and calipers, air compressor, valves and valve blocks, diaphragm units, actuators and ABS system, excluding sensors. All other parts associated with the braking system are excluded.

Fuel System
Fuel pump, lift pump and fuel injection pump excluding injectors, pipes, linkages and all other parts associated with the fuel system also damage by fuel contamination.

Electrical System
Starter motor, alternator, distributor, wiper motor, coils, relays, printed circuits and electronic control units, excludes damage by water ingress or foreign or deleterious matter.

General
Driveline Plus Cover does not cover Components or parts not specifically listed as covered, and materials such as, but not limited to, oils, fluids, belts and filter elements are not covered, similarly the rectification of external oil and fuel leaks are not covered.
